An annulment in North Carolina is granted for very specific and limited situations. One ground for annulment is impotency, and that impotency would need to be something that is consistent and incurable. A one time event is not permanent. Impotency under North Carolina law. Another reason for an annulment would be if the marriage occurred under the false pretense of pregnancy.
