I worked with Meredith and it was a fantastic experience all around. Meredith is thoughtful, clear, and consistently good with communication. Her team is also very good at communication. I always felt "in the know" during the process, and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. Even more, I felt like my concerns and ideas were heard and taken seriously. I have friends who felt like their lawyer worked against their wishes and best interest in order to get a deal done. I never felt this way with Meredith. Charles and his team turned what is typically one of the most stressful experiences of your life into a well thought out journey to get from the nightmare of being accused of Domestic Violence and then a divorce into the next phase of a peace filled life.  In my case, Charles won me the protection of a Domestic Violence Protection Order and then had it extended the following year for the maximum North Carolina allows.  The facts helped a lot - yet having a client that looks like he stepped of the set of the Sopranos had to make this difficult.  Charles and his team invested in all the preparation I wanted for the hearings and divorce process.
