I worked with Meredith and it was a fantastic experience all around. Meredith is thoughtful, clear, and consistently good with communication. Her team is also very good at communication. I always felt "in the know" during the process, and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. Even more, I felt like my concerns and ideas were heard and taken seriously. I have friends who felt like their lawyer worked against their wishes and best interest in order to get a deal done. I never felt this way with Meredith. Charles and his team turned what is typically one of the most stressful experiences of your life into a well thought out journey to get from the nightmare of being accused of Domestic Violence and then a divorce into the next phase of a peace filled life.  In my case, Charles won me the protection of a Domestic Violence Protection Order and then had it extended the following year for the maximum North Carolina allows.  The facts helped a lot - yet having a client that looks like he stepped of the set of the Sopranos had to make this difficult.  Charles and his team invested in all the preparation I wanted for the hearings and divorce process. I called for a consult for my sister and they didn’t have anyone to help her out today. We had money to pay and let them know it was an emergency but we’re told to look on Google for someone else.
